Import / Export
Exports use the current project if none is selected.

Import merges data from a JSON file into your current project or creates a new project. Export downloads the current (or another) project as JSON, CSV, or PDF. CSV/PDF export opens a preview before download/print, where you can review data and toggle task level / hierarchy formatting. When PDF is exported from the main project page, it uses the current task table styling and timeline view. JSON includes project settings (locks), milestones, and row theme colors.

What gets exported
  • JSON export: Tasks & subtasks, dependencies, timeline fields, progress fields, assignments, team list, roles, work calendar, and person hours.
  • CSV/PDF export: Visible grid columns only, with a separate `Task Level` column before `Task Name`, and hierarchy preserved in the Task Name column using `--` prefixes. Hidden columns are omitted from export. PDF export opens the browser print dialog so you can save as PDF, and from the main project page it uses the current task table colors, layout, and timeline bars.
